Abby Adams from the Hagley Museum and Library discusses the Hagley Library’s accessioning and processing procedures for born-digital records and implementation of the digital preservation tool Preservica, in addition to giving a brief overview of Hagley’s plans to reduce storage costs for restricted content. Mark Myers, of the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives, offer examples of preservation processes from his institution’s Preservica cloud services application. Factors that influenced the decision to purchase and experiences with governance and implementation also are discussed and a published case study is made available.
