Megan Good is the Director of the J. Welles Henderson Archives and Library of Independence Seaport Museum, a maritime repository in Philadelphia. As Director, she is responsible for the museum’s archival collections consisting of over 12,000 ship plans and measured drawings, rare maps dating back to the 16th century, personal and business papers of local people and companies and more than 25,000 images documenting the maritime past of Philadelphia. Megan holds a B.A. in History from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a MSLIS from Drexel University. Prior to working at the Seaport Museum, she was an archival processor for the PACSCL-CLIR Hidden Collections Processing Project that took her into many of the diverse archives throughout Philadelphia.
